Banthia & Co. Advocates is one of the India's oldest and leading law firms established in 1953 by forefathers of the present Managing Partner of the firm Neelesh Banthia from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (India) and the firm is serving in legal profession from more than 7 decades till now.

Firm is having 16 offices spread all over India having its headquarter at Bhopal, Principal Office in New Delhi and other branch offices in different cities covering in and around 9 states alongwith 6 International offices in USA, UK, Dubai, Mexico, Singapore, Turkey and 3 Delegate International offices.

GENESIS

Late Shri Mishrilal ji Banthia started his career in 1927 at Baran, Rajasthan where he exercised his judicial powers during the British period. The legacy was continued by his son Late Shri Nihal Singh ji Banthia and he established Banthia & Co. Advocates in 1953 with its headquarter at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) India. Later on Late Shri B.S.Banthia join the profession and extended the law firm to New Delhi and other cities. At present Neelesh Banthia Advocate is managing the firm with his full dedication and commitment globally.
